Taking the first step toward seeking help is a significant stride on your journey, and I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way! I specialize in assisting adolescents and adults in their pursuit of self-discovery, authentic living, and navigating life’s challenges. Are you seeking to uncover your true values, break free from stagnation, and embrace self-compassion? If you resonate with feelings of being “stuck,” battling low self-esteem, or experiencing guilt in moments of relaxation, know you’re not alone. These emotions are intricate and deeply personal, and my commitment lies in creating a safe and stable environment to help you transition toward a life brimming with purpose and fulfillment.

I specialize in a range of areas, including identity development, life transitions, family of origin issues, self-esteem, ADHD/executive functioning, trauma, and OCD. If you find yourself grappling with these challenges, I bring tailored approaches to each situation, fostering growth and resilience. I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities including relational, attachment-based, humanistic/existential, solutions-focused, 3rd wave CBT (ACT, MBI, MI), CPT, and PE.

I believe in an active therapeutic approach that involves collaborating on behavioral experiments to empower you with practical skills that integrate into your daily life. In session, we may engage in a variety of things such as mindfulness and relaxation exercises, problem-solving or engaging in thought-provoking open-ended questions designed to cultivate insights and personal growth. We may walk through a somatic experiencing technique for trauma, complete a character strengths survey, or make a SUDs anchoring chart for prolonged exposure treatment. Recognizing that trauma and stress affect both the mind and body, I place great importance on helping you feel safe within yourself.

If you’re ready to embark on a path of healing and growth, I invite you to take the next step and schedule a consultation with me. Together, we’ll chart a course toward a more authentic and enriched life.
