Join Dr. Jessica Brennan, licensed clinical psychologist and certified yoga teacher, for a 90 minute mindful yoga workshop!
Dr. Brennan will guide you in a mindful experience through the form of asana (movement). Participants will build an awareness of presenting physical sensations, emotions, thoughts and of the dharma (truth), or reality, of what is occurring in each moment.
The course will begin with 15 minutes of guided meditation, followed by 60 minutes of mindful movement, and end with tea and group discussion.
